When the moment of truth arrives, your record is already ready.
IsraeliSign keeps documents, permissions, signing versions and an action log, so the business can know what was sent, opened, approved, who signed and when.
The record chain — no action goes missing
From the moment of sending to final storage, every step is logged with its own timestamp and identifier. Need to reconstruct what happened? Open the log and see it all, in order.

Every document protected — and documented
Security isn’t just encryption. In a real business it means knowing who accessed, what was sent, what was kept — and what you can show and check later.
Data encryption
Documents and data are protected in transit and at rest, so what you send stays in the right hands.
Permission management
Each user in the business sees and does only what they’re allowed — by role and access permission.
Action logging
Sending, opening, viewing, approval and signing are recorded with timestamps — an orderly file for every document.
Signed-document retention
The approved, signed version is saved and accessible — no digging through messages and scattered files.
User authentication
Secure login and account access management, so only authorized parties get in.
Backups
Information is kept continuously and available when you need it.
So instead of a screenshot or a WhatsApp message, the business is left with a secure, documented signing process it can return to.
A documentation file for every document
Instead of relying on a screenshot, a WhatsApp message or a scattered file, the business gets an orderly document file — document version, signing status and a record of key actions in one place.

What does an electronic signature mean in Israel?
Israel has a legal framework for electronic signatures. The Electronic Signature Law defines an electronic signature, a secure electronic signature and a certified electronic signature, and regulates the use of signatures by electronic means. The practical meaning depends on the document type, the method of identification, the type of signature and the applicable law.
Ordinary electronic signature
An electronic signing or marking action linked to a document or an electronic message.
Secure electronic signature
A signature that meets stricter requirements — including signer identification, control of the signing means and detection of changes to the message after signing.
Certified electronic signature
A secure signature accompanied by a certificate from a certifying authority, under the law.
A secure electronic signature is not necessarily a certified signature, and does not necessarily require the use of an OTP; the method of authentication and the technology depend on the service configuration and the provisions of the law.
We can’t promise that any signature will be admissible in every case or settle every dispute. The system helps keep a signed document and an orderly record, subject to the document type, signature type, identification method and applicable law. This is not legal advice. IsraeliSign does not constitute legal advice. The validity of a signature or approval may vary depending on the type of document, the method of identification and the applicable law.
